Andrea Young was born and raised in California but transplanted to the Midwest. She is very happily married and she has a lovely and talented daughter. After years of paper and scissor scrapping, which she says she was no good at, she saw a digital layout on a site that intrigued her so much that she started Googling digital scrapbooking. She then went and purchased an inexpensive photo manipulation program of about $40 US and she hasn’t looked back since. Anita Funke Pottinger lives in the US, Midwest area, where the weather is crazy most of the time, it could snow in the morning and be 70 degrees by mid afternoon. Anita has been married almost 20 years to a wonderful husband and has 2 fabulous kids. Family and friends are her favorite subjects to scrap! She used to paper scrap and she had a craft room full of paper and all the cutting tools, but made only 5 pages in about 10 years. When she discovered digi-scrapping, she made about 1000+ pages in 9 years. She is now so addicted to it. Her second love is photography and when she retires she wants to take photos of newborn babies at the hospital. She also likes other crafts, her new toy is the cricut maker and she cannot wait to make vinyl iron on T-shirts for her daughter, print and cut calendars and to dabble in junk journaling now that she’s on my team. Anita has 3 dogs, 2 cats, a guinea pig and a bearded dragon. She would have more if she lived on a farm… maybe one day! Anita is known as apottinger in the galleries. Discover her work here.
