Periwinkle is a color in the blue and violet family. Its name is derived from the lesser periwinkle or myrtle herb (Vinca minor) which bears flowers of the same colour.

And fun fact: it is also Pantone’s Color Of the Year 2022 !

‘Periwinkle Poetry’ came together after being inspired by the shades of blue and purple in the color scheme for this collection. The soft and delicate colors reminded me of not only the periwinkle flower, but also of poetry, and spring, and so Periwinkle Poetry is a collection that can be used for a variety of themes, romantic or poetical, girly or spring themed, and even for baby themed layouts.
