Tomorrow we are leaving for a holiday in France… we will be staying in Normandy, in the Manche department. There’s so many places we want to go see, including Omaha Beach, the American Cemetery and Memorial, Bayeux, Mont Saint-Michel… I will share some pictures when I’m back home!

As you may know I have been designing the free printables that come with the weekly bundles at The Graphics Fairy Membership site, since last summer. It is always such a pleasure (and an honour!) to be able to work with those images and designing printables is something I LOVE to do. Sometimes it is challenging to try and come up with something unique (although Karen and Emily are helping me come up with new ideas ), but it is good to be challenged and some of the things I’ve designed, would never have come to life if I hadn’t been invited by Karen and Emily to do this.

I am offering some of these printables in a slightly altered version in my Etsy shop too. And here’s an overview of what I’ve added over the past few weeks:

Wouldn’t you wish these printable postage stamps were real? Included in this pack is a gorgeous set of postage stamps with vintage harvest fruits and vegetables, dictionary and paint textures. Use them in your digital projects, or in any other (paper)craft project. Or print them and use them to decorate an envelope with a gift for a nature lover! Each stamp comes in a large version and in a small version, and I’ve added sheets for easy printing.

Included in this pack is a gorgeous set of 6 artist trading cards (ATC) with vintage botanical fruit prints. Use them in your digital projects, or in any other (paper)craft project. Or print them (best on heavy paper) and use them as tags or labels. Or frame them and hang them on your wall - these will make a gorgeous fall decor!

Your tea will taste even better if you wrap your tea bags in one of these shabby chic tea packets + matching label! They were created with a dot pattern paper and vintage teacup images. Vintage Herbarium Papers

These herbarium pages were created from an old herbarium that my husband made as a child. I carefully scanned them (they were so fragile) and edited them with a soft matte filter to turn them into unique scrapbook backgrounds. Don’t you just love the incredibly real texture, the aged and yellowed tape, the faded colours? You will receive 13 hi res 12×12 in JPG files, including 10 papers with dried flowers and plants, 1 back, 1 pink slip sheet and - as a bonus - the cover of the herbarium itself.

Hi everyone,

These past few days have been crazy! In Belgium schools are open until the end of June and my daughter had her exams this week… Then next week is the last week of school and we have a meeting at school to pick up her grades… Math is not her strongest subject and I’m crossing my fingers that all will go well. In ten days we are also leaving on vacation so next week is going to be even crazier - cleaning, laundry, school…

That being said, I did manage to bring you a new set of Whimsical Templates for you. These templates have been created from my own layouts that I have made over the past few years - just like the other sets.

Whimsical Templates help you preserve your memories with ease and style and speed up your workflow! Just clip your photos to the clipping masks, recolour the paint layers (or clip a beautiful paper to them), add some embellishments (or not), done. Play with blend modes and opacities for surprising results… Create your own unique layouts over and over again!

First up are these two beauties from creative team member Ange:

Ange used a paper from an old paperpack of mine - one of the first I ever made and it looks stunning in this layout I think: Vintage Travel Papers. Next to that she used bits and pieces from the following collections: Things To Do In The Garden, Mermaids, Hippie Spirit, A Moment Captured, Edgar Allan Poe Quotes.

She uses another ‘oldie but goodie’ in this layout - Nautical Grungy Papers. It looks amazing with the rest of the elements she used from Things To Do In The Garden and Easter Morning.

Next up are two beautiful pages from creative team member Judith:

In this layout she combined one of the templates with Things To Do In The Garden. I love how the colours in the pictures match the rest of the layout so well! She even recoloured the paint with the blue of the boy’s trousers. This is such a fresh and happy layout.

And she used Number One Dad in the following page. I love the yellow and the orange here, again, perfectly combined with the pictures!

I absolutely love Creative team member Erins doggie page! She used Number One Dad to scrap this.

Lisa and Yolanda are guesting in my team and I love what they did with the templates.

Here is Lisa’s page - a page about her grandfather. I love the touch of yellow - and her shadowing is incredible! Oh, that’s right, she used Number One Dad.
